Barrister Mazari is an Advocate of the High Court based in Lahore, with expertise in banking, family, property, civil, criminal and constitutional matters. He began his career at Cornelius, Lane & Mufti, handling banking litigation and drafting financial recovery suits for institutions including MCB Bank Ltd and the Bank of Punjab, before serving as Assistant to Counsel for NADRA, where he conducted examinations-in-chief and cross-examinations.
Following completion of the BPTC, he practised as an Associate at Asim Nazeer & Co., advising corporate clients such as DESCON on contract review, negotiation, transaction advisory and M&A, and representing clients at arbitration. As Senior Associate at Munir & Munir Associates, he successfully represented MCB Bank Ltd at the appellate stage in financial recovery proceedings, and defended clients including Lotte Akhtar Beverages Ltd, Pakistan Pioneer Seeds Limited and Expeditors International Pvt Ltd in High Court tax litigation.
He is enrolled as an Advocate of the High Court (Punjab Bar Council) and is a lifetime member of the Lahore High Court Bar Association and the Lahore Bar Association.
Mr. Qureshi is an Advocate of the High Court based in Lahore. He began his career at Ahmed & Pansota, handling banking, commercial and insurance litigation, where he successfully defended Etihad Airways before the Consumer Court in Lahore and undertook corporate drafting and opinion writing for corporate clients.
He subsequently joined Aitzaz Ahsan & Associates, one of Pakistan's leading constitutional law firms, conducting extensive constitutional research and representation, and advising corporate clients including the Associated Group Ltd and Bahria Town on contract review, negotiation and transaction advisory.
Mr. Qureshi completed his LL.M with Merit at the University of Sussex on a part-scholarship, specialising in International Commercial Arbitration and International Investment Law. From 2016 to 2019 he practised at Jillani & Co., representing clients including Siemens and TCL in civil, criminal, labour and arbitration matters.
He is enrolled as an Advocate of the High Court (Punjab Bar Council) and is a lifetime member of the Lahore High Court Bar Association and the Lahore Bar Association.
Mr. Shaigan is an Advocate of the High Court based in Lahore, with expertise in corporate, family, property, civil and constitutional matters. He began his practice at AJURIS Advocates & Corporate Counsel with Mr. Mansoor Usman Awan, drafting financial recovery suits and writ petitions for clients including HBL and ENGRO. He then practised at Law Concern with Mr. Khawaja Haris, former Advocate General Punjab, gaining expertise in trial, appellate and constitutional matters, as well as public and administrative law, environmental law, competition law, energy law, international law and intellectual property.
After completing his LL.M at Queen Mary University of London, with distinction in the Law of Economic Crime, Mr. Shaigan served as in-house counsel to a Chinese CPEC project company, advising on international investment law, international agreements, EPC and employment contracts, MOUs, data privacy and representation before government departments.
He has taught bachelor's and master's students at the University of Bedfordshire and the University of London, and mentors LL.M students of Queen Mary University of London.
